Cooperative Abatement Initial Application

For the current tax year, take the following steps to submit your co-op initial application:

1. Download and complete the paper version of the Cooperative Property Tax Abatement Initial Application & Renewal Form.
2. Return to this page and click Begin Filing.
3. Enter your borough, block, and lot (BBL) information on the Search for Property page. Then click Search.
4. Select Start Filing next to your development.
5. Review the managing agent contact information and update it if necessary. Click Next.
6. In the Attachments tab, upload your completed paper application as well as any other required documents. Click Next.
7. Click Submit.
