2022 - Property Tax Rebate Form

You can use this page to provide information so that the Department of Finance can determine your eligibility for the property tax rebate. The deadline to submit this information is November 15, 2022.

Before you begin, please gather the following:

• The names of all property owners and their Social Security numbers.
• The total combined income of all owners who use the property as their primary residence. (Please refer to Line 11 of the federal Form 1040.)

You may also be asked to upload the following:

• Proof of primary residence for at least one owner, such as a scanned copy of a current driver’s license, state-issued photo identification, or voter registration card.
